Who I am

I’m Rebecca (she/her), a sexuality and intimacy coach with a master’s degree in Human Sexuality and over 17 years of experience in education. I help adults, teens, couples, and groups navigate identity, communication, and pleasure with confidence and compassion. I have also been a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years, with certifications in body image and acceptance, disordered eating, long-term weight loss, and cultivating resilience.

My approach blends:

  • sex education + embodied practice

  • relationship coaching

  • developmental psychology

  • trauma-aware emotional processing

  • communication training

  • values-based decision making

I don’t fix you.
I walk with you while you reconnect with yourself.

My Philosophy

Sexuality is not a problem to solve — it’s a relationship to cultivate.

I believe:

  • You are the expert of your own body.

  • Pleasure is a human right.

  • Healthy intimacy comes from clarity, communication, and self-trust.

  • Healing happens in safety, not urgency.

  • Identity unfolds, deepens, and evolves over time.

My coaching is warm, spacious, trauma-aware, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and deeply rooted in consent, boundaries, and body-neutrality.

Why I Do This Work

For years, I watched people struggle silently with shame, fear, or confusion around sexuality — not because anything was wrong with them, but because they had nowhere safe to learn or talk openly.

I started this coaching practice to change that.

My mission is to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they’ve always deserved, so they can experience intimacy with more ease, joy, and choice. All you need to do is show up as you are.

Honestly, the simpler answer is “everyone”. You don’t need a major problem to benefit from intimacy coaching. Most of us were never taught how to communicate about sex, understand desire, or build emotional safety in relationships. I offer practical tools and a supportive space to strengthen skills that impact every area of life.

  • I’m available in-person (home office, my personal gym or neutral location) and/or virtually.

  • I do not accept insurance. Coaching is a private-pay service.

Many clients appreciate that private-pay services allow for greater confidentiality and flexibility, since no diagnosis or treatment codes are required.
